I received my PhD in physics from KU Leuven (Belgium) and the University of Pisa (Italy) in 2023. I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Los Alamos National Laboratory, and I will soon join the University of Wisconsin-Madison for my second postdoc appointment. My research mainly focuses on understanding the fundamental properties of plasma turbulence, with applications to space and astrophysical problems. I employ theoretical and numerical methods to investigate multi-scale processes driven by plasma turbulence, including kinetic scale dissipation, the self-consistent generation of intermittent coherent structures, and non-thermal particle acceleration.
