Postdoctoral Fellow

I am a computational plasma astrophysicist working as a postdoctoral researcher in Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory and Columbia University. I got my PhD in 2021 from Princeton University. My primary research interest is extreme plasma environments around compact objects, neutron stars and black holes, including the development of novel algorithms capable of tackling those problems numerically on the modern supercomputers. As part of the SCEECS, I am interested in extending both our computational capabilities in modeling the complex plasma and QED processes taking place in compact objects, and, ultimately, our understanding of their observational appearance, especially in X- and gamma-rays.
