Victoria Kaspi

I am a professor of Physics.  I hold the Lorne Trottier Chair in Astrophysics & Cosmology, and the Distinguished James McGill Chair in Physics. I am also Director of the Trottier Space Institute at McGill. I am PI of the CHIME Fast Radio Burst Project.  I try to understand the nature and origin of Fast Radio Bursts, and use them as cosmic probes.  I have also done significant observational (mainly radio and X-ray) work on radio pulsars and magnetars.
